I saw one of the biggest bodied deer I have ever seen on the hoof while walking this property in early May. I can only imagine what he may look like come the end of October!!!
This property sets up great and has one great big funnel that dictates the majority of the deer movement. A nice draw sits in between the large block of timber to the North and large crop fields to the south and east. The small pond is getting a lot of use as well.
The neighboring properties with large blocks of timber will feed this property. The trails coming from those directions are heavy and the deer will funnel through this tract.
I observed several nice potential stand sites while walking the property. Access is great. You should always be able to easily get in and out of your stand sets.
