THE LANDOWNER REPORTS SEEING A COUPLE OF NICE BUCKS THIS SUMMER. THEY SEE DEER AND TURKEY EVERYDAY ON THEIR FARM.
Really good habitat attracts both deer and turkey on this farm. Row crops in the bottom provide plenty of food for the area wildlife. Two nice ridges create a nice draw that runs deep into the property. There are a lot of deer bedding at the back of this draw. There is a nice creek running along the East side of the proeprty. Lots of deer and turkey sign found all over the property.
This lease is an exclusive lease for all legal game(except quail, there is to be no quail hunting. The landowner is trying to rebuild population).
ATV's are permitted for hunting related tasks only.
Food and lodging is within 15 minutes of the property. The French Lick Resort and Casino is located only 20 minutes away.
$2MM Hunting Lease Liability Insurance Policy is included with this lease. Outfitters must provide proof of equal insurance.
