VERY SECLUDED TRACT WITH A TON OF DEER SIGN
Crops in the fields and a great block of timber/woodland on the south end that would make a great sanctuary. The long narrow strip of timber is a natural funnel and showed signs that the deer were using this to travel the length of the property. There multiple possible stand locations and I saw a couple of places where a good elevated tri-pod stand or box blind would be useful.
Even though this farm is very rural, it has great access.
Food Plots will be allowed with permission from HLN and the landowner before any dirt is turned.
This lease is for the exclusive hunting and fishing rights for all legal game.
ATV’s are allowed for hunting related tasks only. No trail riding.
